Trampolining Classes
Based at Herts & Essex Sport Centre Beldams Lane
Day : Monday | Ages : 6 plus
There will be up to 23 children in these classes across 5 trampolines and children will be divided into groups according to their ability.
The gymnasts will work towards the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Award Schemes. They will learn core skills, such as shaped jumps and twists, seat, front and back landings, this then progresses on to more advanced skills of linking moves and somersaults.
Fees
£40.25 each month for a weekly class
The annual Stortford Gymnastics membership is £21.50 per year and includes your insurance
Classes run throughout the year except 2 weeks at Christmas, 10 days at Easter, and Bank Holiday Mondays in May and August. The monthly payment is the same every month, as it takes account of the holiday breaks.
