Our party times are generally 11.15, 13.15 and 15.15 for 1.5 hours
The 11.15 slot will be filled first and then the subsequent time slots will be allocated
Once we have received your booking form below, we will be in touch to confirm our availability.

What’s Included?

1.5 Hours EXCLUSIVE use of our facilities
1 hour supervised gymnastics with games and use of all equipment
30 minutes use of kitchen facilities for birthday lunch / tea
Stortford Gymnastics T-Shirt and Medal for Birthday Child

Members

Up to 16 children – £200 (2 Coaches)
17-20 children – £250 (3 Coaches)
21-24 children – £300 (3 Coaches)

Non-Members

Up to 16 children – £220 (2 Coaches)
17-20 children – £280 (3 Coaches)
21-24 children – £330 (3 Coaches)

Type of Party:

NB there will be 2 coaches for up to 16 children, 3 coaches for 17-24 children. Our parties are subject to availability. Once both parties have agreed a suitable date & time, the following declarations will apply.

Payment Terms

Members

I agree for my (non-refundable) £50 deposit to be processed via Love Admin
I agree that the outstanding balance can be processed by Love Admin 10 days prior to the party

Non Members

I will bank transfer my (non-refundable) £50 deposit to Stortford Gymnastics Club 09-01-29 10759808, reference 'Party (Child's name) (or I will bring £50 cash to the gym)
I agree to bank transfer the remainder to the same account 10 days prior to the party (or bring in cash to the gym)
I understand that my booking will not be complete until the deposit has been paid

I am a member and agree for my deposit balance to be taken using Love Admin

I am a non-member and confirm my deposit has been paid by bank transfer (ref Party) (gymnast name) or cash

Declarations.

I will ensure that 2 parents stay in the gym during the party in case of an incident (as the coaches will be required to supervise the rest of the group).
I will ensure there is an additional adult present for each child under 3 years old
I will ensure there is an additional adult present for every three 3-5 year olds
I will ensure there is an additional adult present for children with Special Needs or Disabilities.
I will leave the kitchen area clean and tidy, and will take my rubbish with me.

I certify that:

The children attending the party are physically fit and able to take the exertion of participating in gymnastics activities.
I will inform the SG coach of any past injuries which may affect the children’s participation in gymnastics activities.
The children have no medical condition that may be triggered or aggravated by participating in gymnastics.
The children are able to listen and comply with the safety regulations set out by SG coaches when using the equipment.
I will not let any of the party goers use the equipment without supervision from a SG coach.
No other member of my spectating group will use the equipment.
No member of my party will go inside the gym without the presence of a SG coach.

Disclaimer of Liability

I understand and agree that injuries can occur when doing gymnastics. I understand that Stortford Gymnastics is not responsible for any injury, or loss of property, to any person whilst participating in a party.
I understand and agree that the use of the Stortford Gymnastics facility and equipment, other than in accordance with the coach's instructions, may be hazardous and lead to injury.
I understand and agree that this disclaimer of liability is applied each time I use the Stortford Gymnastics equipment.
